By reading this Agreement or using Power, you agree to the contents of this Agreement, and Power solemnly undertakes not to sell any information from users.

We will take strict measures to protect your privacy and ensure that your privacy rights are not infringed in any way. As long as you provide us with any personal information, we will take effective measures to protect your information (except for mandatory provisions of law or government).

- Data Share

We may use third-party analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Firebase, to look for connection failures and errors. It will help us avoid problems found in the future, improve our services, and ensure a smooth user experience.

- App will not provide your personal data to anyone. However, the following are exceptions:

(1) Has obtained the express authorization of the user;

(2) In accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations or in accordance with the requirements of the court or relevant government departments;

(3) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the APP;

(4) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of APP users and the public;

(5) Other circumstances deemed necessary by the APP.

- Children's Privacy Protection

Power is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you found out that your child has shared his or her personal data, don't hesitate to let us know, and all relevant data will be removed from Power as soon as possible. Power products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

- Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Power reserves the right to periodically review and change this Policy, and will notify users who have enabled the notification preference about any change. Continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of such changes.
